On Friday, April 12, 2024, Absolut kicked off Day One of Coachella with a Cosmos + Culture Brunch hosted by actor and comedian Matt Rogers.

Absolut, the official vodka for Coachella for over a decade, invited attendees to enjoy a variety of Absolut cocktails in a luxurious home co-sponsored by Avant Stay, which provides vacation properties and concierge experiences. Cocktails were served from a pink Absolut-themed bar with silver and blue bedazzled bottles of Voss water. Guests were given the option to choose from Absolut Mango, Watermelon, Ginger, and Mango Cosmo cocktails that blended flavored Absolut vodka with delicious combinations of fruit juices and triple sec.
While enjoying their cocktails, guests posed for photos in front of a pink Absolut-themed backdrop, complete with blue chairs and iridescent fans. Absolut Ocean Spray Vodka cans in cranberry, cran-pineapple, cran-raspberry, and cran-grape flavors were passed out by the pool with beach balls and cement lounge chairs surrounded by water for attendees that needed a refreshing break from the heat. Dune Suncare’s Lifeguard Cooling Aloe Gel was also provided for attendees looking for some post-sun relief after getting their desert tan before the festival. Also in attendance was Dune Suncare’s co-founder Mei Kwok, who played tunes like Dua Lipa from an iridescent Absolut DJ booth under a pink umbrella.
Inside the home, a brunch spread was served with chia seed pudding pots, fresh fruit skewers, mini yogurt parfaits, charcuterie cups, a bagel bar, strawberry waffle sticks, hummus with crudité, vegan power balls, cosmos-inspired sugar cookies, mini brunch tea sandwiches, and a glitter donut board.
Solid Wiggles provided a tray of “Sliving Cosmo” jello shots made from Absolut Vodka, orange, cranberry, and lemon. Half Magic Beauty, the vegan, cruelty-free makeup company created by Euphoria’s head makeup artist, Donni Davy, helped attendees put the finishing touches on their festival looks with glitter and eyeshadow.
Following the brunch, festival goers were able to complete their Absolut experience with the Absolut.LAND tent onsite at the festival, with even more DJ sets, cocktails, and photo opportunities.
