Avril Lavigne Collaborates With Ready-to-Drink Cocktail Brand, BeatBox, On Exclusive New Pink Lemonade Flavor

by Staff May 28, 2023
written by Staff
Eight-time GRAMMY® Award-nominated, multi-platinum singer, songwriter, designer, and philanthropist Avril Lavigne recently announced her first ever alcohol partnership with ready-to-drink cocktail brand BeatBox, donned ‘The World’s Tastiest Party Punch.”

Avril’s 11.1% ABV Pink Lemonade special edition package is available at tens of thousands of locations nationwide, including 7-Eleven, Kroger, Circle K, Casey’s, Quik Trip, and many other valued chain and independent retailers around the country. BeatBox’s partnership with Avril is the latest in their wider “Creator Series.” The BeatBox Creator Series partners the rapidly growing ready-to-drink cocktail brand with globally recognized tastemakers to create exclusive, uniquely designed flavors and packaging that are distributed through the brand’s large retail network.

Consumers across the country now have access to enter to win exclusive signed Avril Lavigne merchandise from their favorite retailers. Retail activations will also include custom Avril displays, life size Avril Lavigne cutouts, and a national sweepstakes to meet Avril in person.

Avril’s continued fame and success show no signs of slowing down, with over 100 million social media followers to-date, 8 Grammy nods, and 6 World Music Awards.

“The partnership with BeatBox felt right from the start – I have never come across a brand that was as committed to providing their fans with a truly memorable experience, specifically pegged to music, than the BeatBox Team,” said Avril Lavigne.

BeatBox Beverages, one of the fastest growing RTD brands in the beverage market, is currently available in more than 45,000 retail locations. The brand maintains a large presence on social media and is heavily present at various domestic music festivals and events with 100+ music festivals dates througout 2023.

A little bit about BeatBox…who you may know from their Shark Tank success, which resulted in an investment by Mark Cuban.

United through a love of music and inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of Austin, Texas, the founders of BeatBox Beverages set out to create something that could help everyone #PartyBetter. One year later, they made Shark Tank, walking away with the biggest investment the show had made at that time, $1million from Mark Cuban. Later adding on a team of industry veterans from InBev, MillerCoors, Deep Eddy, and Tito’s Handmade Vodka, to name a few. Boasting a roster of investors including Mark Cuban, Rob Dyrdek as well as DJs Party Favor, Louis The Child, Good Times Ahead, and many others, BeatBox Beverages’ reputation has definitely been secured in the Millennial and Gen Z consumer audiences.

Avril Lavigne has made history, blazing a trail of her own as an uncompromising force in music and culture. Beyond selling 50 million albums worldwide with 12.5 million units sold in the U.S. alone, she has notched eight GRAMMY® Award nominations in categories such as “Best New Artist” and “Song of the Year” twice for “Complicated” and “I’m with You.” In addition, she has received eight Juno Awards, including “Artist of the Year.”  She earned a spot in the Top 10 of Billboard’s “Best of the 2000s” chart and holds a Guinness World Record as “the youngest female solo artist to top the UK chart,” while “Girlfriend” emerged as “first music video to reach 100 million views on YouTube.” She has also earned multiple #1‘s around the globe. Her social media following notably exceeds 93.8 million fans worldwide. Kicking off her biggest and boldest chapter to date, Avril made her debut for Travis Barker’s DTA Records on February 25, 2022 with the release of her seventh studio album Love Sux. The album debuted in the top 10 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart, marking Avril’s 6th top 10 album on the chart, and landed at #2 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales Chart, Top Rock Albums Chart, and Top Alternative Albums Chart. The 12-track album features a slew of all-star collaborators including Travis Barker, Machine Gun Kelly, Mark Hoppus, blackbear, and more.
Avril is now touring, which started with her sold-out Canadian headline tour, followed by her American tour with co-headliner Machine Gun Kelly, Love Sux Japan tour and her latest headlining tour throughout U.K. and Europe.
On August 31, 2022, Avril was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Avril shows no signs of slowing down, as she continues her reign as a female pioneer of the pop-punk genre.

Saturday featured a set by international talent Orlinski that was presented by Sutton Barcelona, and Saturday day, James Hype presented Hype Beach for a daytime pool affair. Sunday night was marked by the official Alfa Romeo Closing Night Party.

Guests at the Alfa Romeo party checked out the Alfa Romeo cars upon arrival, and inside the bash danced to tunes by Sebastian Topete, DJ Cardi and Yissel. Partygoers enjoyed Whispering Angel, snacks by Cookie Pop, Candy Pop and Cereal Pop popcorn, now available across Florida at Publix with flavors such as Cocoa Pebbles, Fruity Pebbles, Sour Patch Kids and Twix, and VIP guests also sipped on El Cristiano premium tequila.

Diddy and Richie Akiva, Joined By Doja Cat, Threw The Most Epic of Met Gala Afterparties

by Staff May 4, 2023
written by Staff

New York City was a bustling scene of parties on Monday, May 1, 2023, following the annual Met Gala in New York City, fashion’s biggest night of the year, this year honoring the late Chanel legend Karl Lagerfeld, however, one party seemed to stand out with star power and it’s late night draw.

Diddy, still known to his friends as Puff, a staple in the landscape of New York pop culture, along with notable hospitality legend Richie Akiva, and rapper/singer Doja Cat, hosted the annual Met Gala “The After” party.  Richie hosts this staple party year after year to celebrate the highly anticipated Met Gala and the anticipation continues to grow. The exclusive bash held at downtown hotspot The Box kicked off at Midnight and went all night long until 6am with a parade of Met Gala attendees, models and social scene-sters arriving until the wee hours. We hear the bash turned away hundreds of guests not on the list, as the room was filled with the most notable of notable.

The annual late night after party was an ode to the great Karl Lagerfeld. The Box was completely transformed featuring black and white furniture, oversized white Chanel-inspired flowers, chandeliers and table sconces draped with pearls, white floral decor, candles, oversized sleek black gloss candelabras, and full of Karl Lagerfeld inspiration to honor the great Chanel designer.

Back to back Dj sets were performed by Tunez, Hank K and D Nice, with a surprise performance by Teyana Taylor from the overlooking upstairs balcony, as Diddy and son Christian Combs rotated on the mic throughout the night. Diddy spent much of the evening keeping the room stay hyped, with regular shout outs to Doja and Akiva, love to his “hip hop Family” like Mary J Blige, French Montana and Busta Rhymes who were all in tow as well as Usher and Chris Rock.  He also had his lady Yung Miami by his side, who rocked a massive Chanel oversized head piece. The dance floor was themed as “Club Love,” with the likes of Jared Leto, Lily James, Usher, Paris Hilton, Marc Jacobs and more, seen socializing around the room.

At 2:30am, a slew of pizzas from Made In New York Pizza were passed around the dance floor by Lagerfeld themed waiters donning white wigs, with a pizza station providing late night recovery on the lower level. At 4am, Neat Burger brought out sliders, fries and tots for partygoers craving another round of late night bites, especially for those later arrival guests.

Celebrities and  attendees at the celebratory bash sipped on  D”USSE Cognac and Champagne Armand de Brignac, as well as Diddy’s CIROC Vodka and Deleon Tequila. Bottles flowed all night long on the VIP tables and multiple venue bars. Guests at the affair also enjoyed Packwoods PacksPod and pre-rolls.

Names at the exclusive afterparty bash in addition to the hosts Diddy, Richie Akiva and Doja Cat included a who’s who of Met carpet names. Jared Leto, Naomi Campbell, Marc Jacobs, Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Vogue UK’s Edward Enninful, Bee Carrozzini (Daughter to Anna Wintour), Mary J. Blige, Chris Rock, Kendall Jenner, Bad Bunny, Lil Nas X, Usher, French Montana, Offset, Cardi B, Ice Spice, Teyana Taylor, Anitta, Yung Miami, Busta Rhymes, Gisele Bundchen, Emily Ratajkowski, Lily James, Odell beckham Jr. ,Caro Daur, Georgia Fowler, Emilie Silberg, Christian Combs, Ivy Getty, Kailand Morris, A$AP Ferg, Char Defrancisco, Imaan Hammam, Joan Smalls, Trevor Noah, FKA Twigs, with additional models and influencers such as Adelina Novak, Elena, Militsa Borisova, Rachel Winters, Vittoria Ceretti, Sergio Farias, Badius, Fatima Cuellar.

Performers draped in pearls and sexy lingerie from Outside the Box Amusements (The Box) were themed for the Met Gala throughout the space, while Venus et Fleur provided custom letter KL logo florals and accent bouquets for the event with additional decor florals by Patrick J Clayton.
