With jackass: Best and Last set to hit theaters on June 26, Paramount Pictures transformed its iconic Los Angeles backlot into a playground of controlled chaos on Saturday for the jackass Block Party, an immersive fan experience celebrating the franchise’s final big-screen outing.
Part carnival, part nostalgia trip, and completely on brand for the legendary stunt series, the event gave attendees a chance to step directly into the outrageous world that Johnny Knoxville and company have spent more than two decades creating. The Paramount lot was transformed with interactive activations, themed photo opportunities, stunt-inspired experiences, and plenty of opportunities for fans and media to capture content throughout the afternoon. The atmosphere felt less like a traditional movie promotion and more like a reunion celebrating one of pop culture’s most fearless and unpredictable franchises. Longtime fans mixed with content creators, journalists, and invited guests while navigating the various stations spread throughout the lot.

One of the event’s biggest draws was the appearance of many of the franchise’s most recognizable faces. Attendees had opportunities to see and interact with cast members including Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Jason Acuña, Preston Lacy, Dave England, Ehren McGhehey, Sean McInerney, Davon Wilson, Compston Wilson, Rachel Wolfson, and Zach Holmes. Behind the camera, filmmakers Jeff Tremaine and Spike Jonze were also on hand, underscoring the significance of what is being billed as the franchise’s final theatrical chapter. The guest list extended beyond the Jackass family as well. Actor Lionel Boyce was spotted enjoying the festivities, while rapper Young Gravy and social media personalities including Lance Bangs and Travis Bennett added to the celebratory atmosphere.
No Jackass event would be complete without a few surprises, and attendees were rewarded with an impressive collection of giveaways throughout the day. Among the most coveted items were custom red Converse All Stars featuring exclusive jackass branding, which quickly became one of the event’s most sought-after keepsakes. Additional merchandise, interactive photo opportunities, and themed activations helped ensure guests left with more than just memories.

What made the Block Party particularly successful was its ability to capture the spirit that has made Jackass endure for 25 years. While the franchise is known for its outrageous stunts and painful antics, the event highlighted the camaraderie, friendship, and genuine chemistry that have always been at the heart of the series. That sense of brotherhood was evident throughout the afternoon as cast members reunited, shared stories, and celebrated the journey that began on MTV and evolved into a global phenomenon.
As jackass: Best and Last prepares for its theatrical debut, the Block Party served as both a launch celebration and a farewell tour. If the event was any indication, audiences can expect the film to deliver the same blend of ridiculous stunts, unforgettable laughs, and chaotic energy that has defined the franchise for a generation. For one afternoon in Hollywood, Paramount turned back the clock and reminded everyone why Jackass remains one of entertainment’s most enduring and unapologetically absurd success stories.
