London brand Trapstar made their U.S. debut on Nov. 20 with a presentation entitled “Invasion for Peace.”

The collection featured a underground but utilitarian look with many of the models sporting black face paint or masks over their mouths styled.

Ballerina Dejia Ferguson opened the presentation with a routine including an America flag for guests including Angela Simmons, Rox Brown, Justine Skye, Luka Sabat, Skizzy Mars, Kitty Cash, Jovanie, Harif Guzman, Nigel Sylvester, Willy Cartier and Dudley O’Shaughnessy.

Models, led by O’Shaugnessy marched into the venue from outside as bold and defiant as the brand itself.

The brand, comprised of trio Mickey Trapstar, Lee Trapstar and Will Trapster have gained a cult following including celebrities such as Rihanna, Cara Delevinge and Future. They will begin luring in U.S. costumers when their collection rolls out in stores next year.

Trapstar aims to provide for each of their costumers with high quality clothes and lifestyle items. Head designer Niko Kubisch has brought the brand to to another level. Utilizing techniques learned from years under the late Alexander McQueen he’s created unique cut-and-sew pieces true to the original style of the brand, but luxury enough to appeal to a wider market.

Trapstar’s so called “Invasion” of pop up shops will soon be a must see in the states.
