Times Square has added two major players to its ever-evolving entertainment lineup.
The iconic Brill Building, located at Broadway and 49th Street, is now home to The Escape Game and Great Big Game Show, marking the opening of two immersive, team-driven experiences in one of New York City’s most storied landmarks.
Once celebrated as a creative hub for legendary songwriters like Carole King, Burt Bacharach, and Paul Simon, the Brill Building is entering a new chapter. The newly opened attractions blend the building’s rich cultural legacy with modern, interactive entertainment. The Escape Game’s Times Square venue serves as its second Manhattan location, while Great Big Game Show makes its New York City debut.
The Escape Game Times Square spans 4,700 square feet and offers six cinematic escape room adventures, including The Heist, Prison Break, The Depths, Cosmic Crisis, Legend of the Yeti, and Ruins: Forbidden Treasure. Each 60-minute experience places players inside intricately designed, multi-room environments where teamwork and problem-solving are key. The venue can host up to 48 players simultaneously, making it ideal for group outings, celebrations, and corporate events.

Just steps away, Great Big Game Show invites guests to step into a live, TV-style competition. Featuring professional lighting, sound, buzzers, and a live host, teams compete in fast-paced mini-games that combine trivia, strategy, and humor. With more than 17 rotating games across five studios, each one-hour session delivers a fresh, high-energy experience for groups of all ages.

Together, the two attractions transform the Brill Building into a modern entertainment destination, honoring its creative past while redefining how audiences connect, compete, and play in the heart of Times Square.
