Lifeway Foods’ 40th Anniversary and National Kefir Day were celebrated in a lovely way on June 18 in Soho.
Bringing an immersive pop-up experience to life in SoHo, The Lifeway Kefir Shop was a starry bash that saw the likes of Gotham FC soccer player, Rose Lavelle getting in on the delicious action.

Guests enjoyed music and merriment along with samplings from a spectacular menu of expertly curated kefir smoothies. Blended using a variety of Lifeway Kefir flavors available on tap, it added a spark of yummy energy to the party that showcased a delightful performance by The Cannons. A DJ set by AMRIT also added to the special celebration.
Lavelle introduced her signature smoothie, Rosie’s Midfield Mango + Strawberry. DJ Amrit kept the energy high throughout the day while serving up her own signature creation, Amrit’s Match Mix, and the day concluded with a live performance from The Cannons, who also debuted their Cannon’n Everything Glows Blend smoothie.

In honor of the New York Knicks Championship Parade taking place that day, Lifeway also offered a special NY Orange + Blue Swirl Smoothie, giving Knicks fans a festive way to celebrate the city’s excitement.
The pop-up is now open to the public from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. this weekend, welcoming guests to enjoy complimentary smoothies, customize their own smoothie cups, embroider hats, listen to live music from DJ Amrit and capture photos throughout the immersive space.
