This past Saturday, The Knockturnal had the opportunity to attend the High-Performance Lifestyle Training Retreat (HPLT) in Los Angeles. The HPLT Retreat brings together driven individuals who aim to improve their lifestyle. The HPLT Retreat is a 3-day event, including keynote speakers, yoga, and an intense HIIT workout day.
