The premiere restaurant concept from Carrie Packin and Brian Packin, owners of City Nights Hospitality (Ascent Lounge located on the 4th floor at the Shops at Columbus Circle and 48 Lounge in Rockefeller Center), Allure’s menu by Executive Chef Joshua Vazquez (Hawksmoor, Casa Cipriani, Asiate) is globally inspired with strong Mediterranean and new American cuisine touches.
Signature menu items include Silver Service NYC Dog (wagyu beef hot dog, shishito, pickles, cherry tomatoes, gochujang aioli, crispy shallots served on a NY Pretzel Bun), Rainbow Trout (whole grilled rainbow trout, charred kale, artichoke, cherry tomatoes, castelvetrano olives, parsley oil) Prime NY Strip (peppercorn crusted, au poivre sauce and charred broccoli rabe) among other inventive starters and sides like the Charred Baby Cuttlefish and Chips and Confit Shallot and Garlic Aioli Dip.
Matija Rajak Director of Operations leads the beverage and mixology program which leans into innovative cocktails such as the Smoked Old Fashioned and Gold Accented Champagne and Gin Cocktail, The Allure. The menu includes super premium spirits such as Macallan M, Louis XIII and Gran Patron Burdeos as well as Reserve Wines and Champagnes Dominus and Dom Perignon.
