On the evening of July 22 a mass of A-list celebrities donned their finest Giorgio Armani garb to attend The Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation’s Armani-sponsored annual gala.
The gala was held in St. Tropez in the south of France and attracted celebrities including John Legend, Orlando Bloom, Selena Gomez, Adrian Brody, Cara Delavigne and, of course, Leonardo DiCaprio. Giorgio Armani himself was present and served as an “Event Chair”.
The gala hosted a medley of performances along with a live auction which raised over $40 million with all proceeds going to support the environmental protection, advocacy and conservation efforts of the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation. The Foundation’s more than 70 projects worldwide work intimately with local community and world leaders to create lasting environmental change.
