On Sunday November 11, 2018 celebrities gathered at the E!’s People’s Choice Awards. Amongst the many stars to walk the red carpet, Khloe Kardashian graced the carpet in an all-white Maticevski gown with her hair styled by TRESemmé’s very own Justine Marjan.
Alongside Khloe Kardashian’s two People’s Choice Award wins, she had one of the most talked about looks of the evening. Thanks to TRESemmé’s global artist Justine Marjan, Khloe Kardashian strutted the red carpet with an elegant yet effortless half up half down ponytail style.
Marjan was able to create this red carpet look using Hidden Crown hair extensions, ghd styling tools, and some of her favorite TRESemmé products. Look below for a step by step on how to re-create the look.
Step 1: Prep damp hair with TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Shine Serum then blow dry using the ghd AIR GLACIAL BLUE HAIR DRYER and a ceramic round brush.
Step 2: Clip in Hidden Crown clip-in extensions.
Step 3: Spray hair with TRESemmé Compressed Micro-Mist Hair Spray Hold Level 2: Smooth and brush through.
Step 4: Curl 2-3 inch sections horizontally with the ghd CURVE 1.25″ CLASSIC CURL IRON from mid-lengths to end.
Step 5: Flat iron roots with the ghd PLATINUM+ GLACIAL BLUE STYLER.
Step 6: Spray a smoothing brush with TRESemmé Compressed Micro-Mist Hair Spray Hold Level 4: Extend then brush half-up and secure with a Kitsch elastic.
Step 7: Spray a brush with more with TRESemmé Compressed Micro-Mist Hair Spray Hold Level 4: Extend then brush the rest of the curls through.
Marjan also suggests spraying a toothbrush with TRESemmé Compressed Micro-Mist Hair Spray and brushing down stubborn fly away hairs to achieve a super sleek and smooth finish.
