For those who loved Eloise’s glamorous life at the Plaza as a fabulous six-year-old, this will be right up your alley. There’s something so dreamy about luxury hotels, and the Ritz-Carlton pop-up at Bloomingdale’s 59th Street flagship in Manhattan is no exception.
Running through October 19, the iconic flagship has transformed into “Hotel Bloomingdale’s,” an immersive pop-up created alongside The Ritz-Carlton. The takeover centers around a hotel-inspired Carousel split into five distinct stops – Travel, The Spa, Room Service, Souvenirs, and Newsstand – featuring over 55 brands (14 of them new to Bloomingdale’s, alongside favorites like Diptyque). Shoppers can also explore an exclusive 26-piece AQUA x Nicky Hilton collection for women and kids.
Beyond shopping, Studio 59 has been reimagined as a Ritz-Carlton-inspired hotel bar, serving destination-driven drinks like the Savannah View and Blue Skies. Need a little caffeine along the way? The Nespresso Coffee Bar offers a taste of hotel lobby life with complimentary sampling on Fridays and Saturdays from 1–6pm.

You can also wind down at the La Prairie Spa residence, where exclusive facials are available by appointment and feature the brand’s new hydration-focused Swiss Pristine Collection. Eloise may have set the standard for hotel living, but Hotel Bloomingdale’s proves our inner child never truly grows out of it – it just gets an adult upgrade.
