The live music capital of the world, also known as Austin, Texas, never seems to fail us when it comes to throwing amazing parties. This past weekend, ‘Austin Elevates‘ presented by Thomas J. Henry brought incredible performances by G-Eazy, Daddy Yankee, Kygo and 88Glam. This free event benefited local nonprofit organizations such as The SAFE Alliance, Superhero Kids and St. David’s Foundation Community Fund.
“Austin continues to be one of our nation’s most popular destinations to experience the best in art and music. With this event, I hope to foster more unique talent in order to further elevate the Austin community and support the amazing nonprofits making a cultural difference every day,” said Attorney Thomas J. Henry.
The never before seen immersive art and music experience happened for two-nights only on November 8th and 9th and brought celebrity A-listers such as Ashlee Simpson-Ross, Evan Ross, Brooke Burke, Chace Crawford and more.
Philanthropist and attorney, Thomas J. Henry kicked-off the event with contemporary street artist, Alec Monopoly who created a brand new mural dedicated to the Lone Star State. Monopoly’s work has received international recognition by leading luxury brands, art galleries, and celebrities such as Miley Cyrus, Adrien Brody, and Seth Rogen.
The mural unveiling was then followed by an exclusive after-party at the Summit Rooftop Lounge with DJ Brandi Cyrus and a special performance by G-Eazy.
The next day on Saturday, guests arrived at the Austin 360 Amphitheater for a benefit concert with special guests 88Glam, Kygo, and the legendary Daddy Yankee. This won’t be the last seen of this mission-driven event, Austin Elevates, but a recurring affair in the heart of Texas.
