“Truth is always going to be what makes you win.” – Percy ‘Master P’ Miller
This week’s kick-off of BET’s five-part docuseries, NO LIMIT CHRONICLES, and its archival footage of the legend, Master P, is scheduled to show viewers how the entrepreneur built the No Limit Records empire brick by brick. The self-made visionary utilized the hardships of his upbringing in Calliope Projects and instituted one of the most iconic trajectories and labels in hip-hop culture, No Limit Records.
From the foundation of a small-scale record shop — to flipping his gifts into a 400 million dollar global domain, BET takes No Limit fans through every emotion of Master P’s historic journey. “I have to thank God for the good and bad that happened in my life. We sold over one hundred million records because we poured into where we were at the time.” Percy ‘Master P’ Miller told The Knockturnal exclusively from BET’s headquarters.
Check out our sit-down conversation with Master P, the first lady of No Limit Records, Mia X, the NO LIMIT CHRONICLES’ executive producer, Randy Ferrell, and the New Orleans soldier, Fiend, now!
