South Beach lit up on May 9 and 10 as DJ Khaled, SNIPES, and luxury fashion house MCM debuted their exclusive “Make it Miami” capsule collection. The limited-edition drop blends German craftsmanship with bold streetwear, celebrating Miami’s energy, culture, and creative spirit.
The launch took place at the WE THE BEST x SNIPES store, where crowds lined up to shop the collection and see DJ Khaled in person. “As SNIPES’ Chief Creative Officer, I focused on bringing iconic collabs to the people — and this one with MCM showed up and showed out,” said Khaled. “The fact that it was inspired by the 305 made it personal for me.”
The private VIP event set the tone for the launch, with a high-energy set by DJ PeexWeezy. Guests were treated to an open bar and passed appetizers highlighting local Miami flavors, and each attendee took home a custom gift set from the collaboration. Rapper Swae Lee made a guest appearance, joining SNIPES CEO Dennis Schröder, MCM’s Chief Visionary Officer Sung-Joon Kim, and a host of influencers and tastemakers.
The “Make it Miami” collection features bold hues—pink, turquoise, black, and white—paired with glittering details, statement logos, and modern fits. Two exclusive co-designed bag lines lead the accessories drop: a black nylon collection sold only at SNIPES, and a white leather edition available through MCM.
