The food pairings were as exceptional as they were inventive. A highlight of the evening was a cocktail crafted with rosemary, lime, and grapefruit, refreshing yet complex, embodying the signature Park Avenue touch of quality and flair. The bread service was a revelation in itself, served with butter and mashed cranberries, a surprising and delightful combination that set the tone for the meal to follow.
