Last week, everyone’s go-to for online shopping had its fall 2015 fall product preview.
The preview featured a variety of products from outdoors and home goods to fashion and beauty products. The event featured old as well as new exclusive products being released this fall. The outdoor collection featured classic picnic games remastered with high quality touches, along with new and improved camping equipment like tents and sleeping bags. Amazon’s own fashion collection which started in 2012, featured elegant contemporary ready-to-wear pieces and accessories for men and women. The color palette ranged from off white neutrals to maroon and greens. The home section included a variety of items such as bathtub caddies that can conveniently store a glass of wine. The home section also features book box sets and the newest Harper Lee novel will also be available via Amazon.
Various subsidiaries of Amazon such as Diapers.com and Quidsi featured chic up-scale decorative items such as cushions, tea kettles and bikes. The kids collections via Diaper.com featured high-end baby couture like moschino sneakers and Kate Spade trench coats.The pets collection featured popular items such as a tag collar which has GPS, voice command and measures your dog’s temperature. Another spotlight item was the AquaFarm,which is a self-sustaining ecosystem in which fish waste from the fish tank is routed up to fertilize the plants and the plants provide oxygen for the water. The Lorac collection was definitely the highlight of the beauty selection featuring holiday sets which includes 6 glosses for a total of $25, and four liners for $29, both holiday steals.
