In a new campaign with Lysol, Alex Rodriguez becomes an equipment manager for the day

“I focus on my health and wellness before noon,” said Rodriguez. “ I’ve been introduced to some intermittent fasting and then I try to get to the gym six or seven days a week, for an hour, just to break a sweat,” said Rodriguez.
On the days he cannot go to the gym, he likes to take walks for an hour. Rodriguez also spoke about how he prioritizes his alone time and practices meditation before going to work.
While working on his fitness and wellness, Alex Rodriguez enjoys listening to podcasts, but he also hosts one himself! He co-hosts The Deal, a podcast that dives into the intersection between sports, business, culture and entertainment.
