The town was painted pink and sparkled with delicious bliss for the invite-only New York City Rosé Crawl.

Summer was pretty sweet in August when guests attended a neighborhood adventure on the Upper West to experience scrumptious servings at celebrated restaurants along with superb sips from a remarkable rosé collection.  Dazzling moments were curated with Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé, AIX Rosé, Maison Saleya Rosé and Louis Jadot Rosé.

The season was toasted in the most divine way with each selected bottle being paired divinely at the Manhattan restaurants. With warm smiles and perfect hospitality, bottles poured out beautiful splashes that each had streamed into the city from a breathtaking journey to get to the Big Apple.

A perfect day for pink, the afternoon kicked off with a spicy bang at Playa Betty’s.  Greeted with a wonderful pour from Maison Saleya Rosé – 2025 (Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence), the discovery of bottle that was perfectly balanced and was a meaningful way to launch the event. Guacamole and amazingly seasoned Baja Tacos showcased the citrus undertones and crisp acidity.

Next one the road to rosé euphoria was a glittering pour from Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé – NV (Carneros, Napa) at Nice Matin.  The oh la la factor of the pour ringed in a song of temptation to do nothing more than experience more of this sophisticated bottle. Over truly delicious chickpea fries, the bubbles hit the palate and only continued to rise to the occasion.  Servings of warm croque monsieur harmonized with the béchamel, melted cheese, and butter in a way that made summer linger on the mind with ease.

The stroll around the world of the Upper West Side continued along at Florentin where guests experienced Louis Jadot Rosé – 2025 (Côteaux Bourguignons). Light-bodied with juicy fruit charactera, this rosé made for a moment of grace and easy strides on a long hot day. Enjoying the grilled haloumi and falafel along with sips gave the Mediterranean flavors a romantic gesture of a warm embrace.

A grand adventure of a day made a finale at the popular Bustan where a pour of AIX Rosé – 2025 (Maison Saint Aix, Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence) made the journey of the day even more worthwhile. In a courtyard garden, the aromas of Tuna Carpaccio, Taboon Bread, traditional dips of Spicy Feta, Hummus, and Tzatziki balanced the senses and enlightened the heart. A gorgeous moment was had as guests took in with joy the citrus-driven crispness found in the glass.

A rosé dream come, this stroll in one of New York’s most beloved neighborhoods was truly splendid from start to last splashes of four remarkable bottles. Here is to an endless summer that you too can experience at this wonderful establishments or at home today across the world.
