The chilling story takes place in 2001, when the United States was rocked by another deadly act of terrorism, just three weeks after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Letters containing anthrax were sent to unsuspecting victims in major cities like Florida, Washington, D.C., and New York, targeting major media outlets and politicians.
Meanwhile, the unbelievable crime story unfolds many layers to the horrific events during the 2001 anthrax attacks. The limited series stars Daniel Dae Kim, who plays the lead FBI agent, and Tony Goldwyn, a brilliant microbiologist working closely on the case to uncover the person behind the deadly anthrax letters.
