While many flee, Memorial Day in NYC is a great time to indulge in the arrival of summer. With the long weekend ahead, getting in some socializing feels right. Here are four spots making Memorial Day in the city the best idea.

IXTA: 299 Bowery

Located at 299 Bowery, IXTA is a Tulum-inspired restaurant adorned with beautiful decorations and 165 seats. For a remarkable family-style feast, they are offering a Whole Suckling Pig Roast. Custom order this succulent dish 72 hours in advance and enjoy the flavors of Chorizo, Roasted Pineapple, Mojo Sauce, and more for 9-12 people.
