You know what’s cooler than going to a studio for a one workout class? Going to one studio for ALL your workout classes. I had the pleasure of attending the West Hollywood location opening week and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Let’s get into the good stuff with a little game …
Tru or False? The studio location provides convenience, views, and energy!
TRU. Located right off La Brea Ave in West Hollywood, this new TruFusion location is a one-stop shop (pun intended, because they carry apparel, as well!) for your workout needs. Conveniently located close to a Sprouts, coffee shop, and a Target (see, I told you there was shopping), you can easily squeeze your workout into a full day of errands and work! A chic street-view with NY feels allows you to bring that outside energy in and leave your stress at the door. From the minute I walked in, I felt supported, welcomed, and so ready to bring it!

Tru or False? They have more classes than you’ll know what to do with.
TRU. And you’ll want to try them all.
- Bootcamp: Combining bodyweight and strength training, take your pick from 2 Tru classes – one “Down ‘n Dirty” dance feast, and one Tru Barefoot Bootcamp.
- Ride: Cycle your heart out in a beautiful spin studio with a stunning infinity-lighting glass wall to bring a little club mojo into 2 options – a Power Ride to raise that heart rate, or a Tru Ride with an upper body challenge.
- Barre: Offering both heated and non-heated classes, Tru’s barre classes are held in a beautiful studio space with dim and colored lights. The classes primarily use your own bodyweight while throwing in light dumbbells, resistance bands, and blocks for a little extra stability and strength – they said “you’re welcome.”
- Pilates: 3 choices here – Tru Mat Pilates, plus not one, but two heated classes (one with a core-focus). Combining yoga, a bit of high intensity, and some real strength work, your body will be pushed and your mind will de-stress.
- Circuit: How many different ways can you raise your heart rate? Battle boxing, battle ropes, kettlebell battle ropes, kettlebooty, boxing conditioning, circuit, kettlebell, kettlebell core, and TRX… That’s 9 different classes focused on circuit training. Need I say more?
- Yoga/Meditation/Yin: Combining breathing, intentional movement, and a reset of your mind, TruFusion many classes (aka 14) to turn inwards, love on your heart and soul, and strengthen your body and mind in the process.
