For eight weeks this journalist is going to take on his battle. I lost a few pounds over the summer from gym classes, but I didn’t really drop in size. With a goal of wanting to take off 20 to 30 pounds of excessive body fat, drop from a size 12 dress to a size 6, and to be in better health Christian has come to the rescue. The goal is to look better and feel great before assignments take place at Art Basel Miami in December and Award’s Season goes into full swing. He is passionate, caring and fully supportive of his method for specializing in the body optimization for women.
Certifications by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) have given him the fundamental background for specialized workouts that has been featured in The New York Times, Shape Magazine, and ABC News.
