On Thursday, November 14th, Park Terrace Hotel kicked off the holiday season in spectacular fashion with its 2024 Holiday Kickoff event. Guests were treated to a festive evening of seasonal cheer, highlighted by a special collaboration with Jesse Cooper (@lightthelights.official). Jesse worked his magic on a 12-foot Vickerman Jersey Fraser Fir Christmas Tree which sits in the spacious hotel lobby, bringing the spirit of the season to life with his signature festive flair.

The Dead Rabbit x Lost Irish Coffee Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Lost Irish
- .625 oz (2:1) Rich Demerara Sugar Syrup
- 3 ½ oz Dark Roast Coffee

Method:
- Pre-heat a 6-ounce Georgian-style coffee glass by filling with hot water. Once warm, empty the glass.
- Add whiskey, sugar syrup and coffee to glass, and stir to combine the ingredients.

Directions:
Rim edge of glass with lime wedge and dip in Tajín or salt. Add ingredients to blender and strain when smooth. In a cocktail shaker, muddle slices of jalapeño, ice, cocktail mix, and shake until chilled. Strain into glass. Serve with extra lime wedges and garnish with jalapeño slices.
Just in time for the holiday season, The Knockturnal kicked off their holiday season with Modelo’s Holiday Happy Hour. It was a fun-filled evening at Cantina’s Rooftop exploring a variety of products, from their classic Modelo Especial to their upcoming launch Modelo Aguas Frescas, it was impossible to not savor every sip that met your lips. Attendees of the event were welcomed with cocktails upon arrival. We had the pleasure of going from station to station where there was a different Modelo product at each station and a Modelo infused appetizer. Red Wine Hot Chocolate
- 1 part Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 part semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 part milk of choice
- Vanilla extract and sea salt to taste
- Marshmallow and cocoa powder
Combine in a saucepan over low heat. Once the chips are melted, remove pan from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. Top with frothed milk and marshmallow. Garnish with sprinkle of coca powder.
Autumn Sangria
- 1 part apple
- 1 part orange
- 1 part lime
- 1 part cinnamon or cinnamon sticks
- 1 splash of apple cider

- 1 part sweetener to taste
- Ice
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Let set for 1-3 hours. Serve and garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slices.

- 1.5 oz bourbon

Shake all ingredients and strain into a coup with graham cracker rim. Top with Josh Cellars Prosecco.

- .75 part cranberry spiced simple syrup (simple syrup with cranberries and cinnamon)
