Cat Footwear held a preview to introduce the brand’s upcoming SS18 collection on Thursday November 2nd. In addition to showcasing the new collection, guests were able to view the current fall collection in it’s entirety, gathering tons of gift giving ideas for the upcoming holiday season.
Guests enjoyed delicious treats from Big Mozz, Bona Bona, Sigmund’s Pretzels, Underwood Wines, and Founders Brewing Co. Talented tattoo artists from Smith Street Tattoo Parlour custom tattooed each pair of Cat Footwear, allowing everyone to go home with their own personal custom boots.
In line with the brand’s fall GO BOLDLY campaign, guests were encouraged to share their own “My Bold Is” moments. Bold moments included, “Roar at your fears”, “Moving to NYC”, and “Not straightening my hair for an interview. #curls.”

- Hester Bootie ($130): This cute little tomboy bootie is the perfect weekend pair. Details like the brown sole and white upper stitching really make the colors pop. Choose among olive, brown sugar, sedona, and black.
- Matilda Boot ($140): Now a staple in my closet, these comfy boots are super soft and comfy. I got mine engraved at the launch preview with my initials, making my pair extra special. The Matilda comes in black and brown.
- Windup Shoe ($120): I love the chunky white soles on these, they stand bold and proud while also providing practical traction. I was surprised to find that the Windup are super light and comfy while the nylon mesh sock liner inside helps keep your feet cool. Choose between tan and red.

Kendall Miles presented her fall/winter 2017 shoe collection on February 8th at Spring Place in New York City. The Chicago native is not your typical 22 year old. She just graduated from USC in May 2016, and 9 months later, she is presenting at New York Fashion Week.
