Mother’s Day is just a few days away. A fantastic way to celebrate her on Sunday, May 10, is to treat her with a delicious brunch meal in New York City. A charming—and kitschy—place to book a table to honor mom for everything she does is at The Factory 380, which is serving a wide range of delectable dishes alongside festive bottomless drinks.
The Factory 380, located in Manhattan’s Kips Bay neighborhood at 380 3rd Avenue, draws inspiration from Andy Warhol’s storied New York City based art studio of the same name. The eatery’s retro ambiance—photos of Warhol and huge lips painted on walls— along with vibrant pink lights, mirrors and a disco ball evokes celebratory vibes—without the loud pumping music—that will make the special day for mom even more memorable. Most importantly, tasty meals and signature cocktails await visitors.

The brunch menu at The Factory 380 is phenomenal. The flamed grilled steak and eggs is the highlight and absolutely worth ordering. The Knockturnal tried the skirt steak dish and the meat was tender, juicy and had a robust flavor. It was served with chimichurri sauce, two fried eggs, avocado slices, tomatoes and home fries. This dish was simply outstanding. Another winner was “Yolko Ono” breakfast sandwich which consisted of a fried egg, Everything Bagel smoked bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, avocado, arugula and chipotle cream all topped on toasted sourdough. This dish is very hearty and satisfying.
For sweet brunch items, the banana bread French toast is not to be missed. This dish elevates a classic breakfast into a decadent, dessert-like treat. It’s made with thick cut brioche bread and topped with strawberries, blueberries and banana slices. The banana bread was crisp on the outside while staying soft, sweet, and custardy inside. Anyone with a sweet tooth will absolutely love this dish. Another sweet dish that deserves a shout out is the “Hayden Panettiere” pancakes, which is named after the actress who has visited the restaurant frequently. This dish consists of fluffy buttermilk pancakes, hot mixed berry sauce and fresh fruit. It offered a vibrant, tangy, and sweet alternative to traditional maple syrup that enhances breakfast.
