Macy’s hosted a stylish night full of beauty and meaningful impact.
The Celebrate American Designers launch event at Macy’s Herald Square in partnership with the Council of Fashion Designers of America took place on Sept. 7. The delightful gathering hosted some of the most notable names in the industry sewn together with the biggest and upcoming stars of the next generation.

The event brought together iconic American fashion designers, emerging creative talent, industry leaders, influencers, and more for an immersive toast to guard and future of American fashion. Honored to be a in room with those who carry on art and business in such a stunning fashion, guests mingled and spoke with high hopes for the future of the industry. With that also were words of inspiration that were found in the great halls of the landmark store. Looking around in awe, the store and it’s location being in the heart of the Big Apple dazzled the moment on the eve of New York Fashion Week.

Curated gallery-style installations of the Macy’s exclusive capsule collections from Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan New York, Michael Kors, Jonathan Cohen, LAPOINTE and Theophilio were on display as well as a live FIT student workroom showcase that was supported by Macy’s Future of Style Fund.
