Piora is hosting Caliche Rum’s Guest Bartender Series competition this holiday season.
The Korean Italian eatery challenges bartenders to create their own speciality Caliche Rum cocktail for one night only from Dec. 8 to Jan. 5 from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. They will aim to create something original that compliments the restaurant’s seasonal menu.
The series will include guest judges Serralles USA Brand Director Brielle Caruso, Piora’s Proprietor Simon Kim and Chef Christopher Cipollone. Each happy hour they will determine which cocktail is the most innovative and festive. The winning refreshment will be be featured on their Dinner Menu 2016.
Participating bartenders include Shinya Yamao (Piora), Kenneth Vanhooser (Piora), Tyson Buhler (Death & Co.), Josh Mazza (Seamstress) and Pam Wiznitzer (Seamstress.) All of the dates of the events and details are below.
