Earlier this week, we attended CHRISHABANA SS2026 NYFW debut show titled “POP” presented by PORNHUB.
The collection and show was nothing if not drama, and we loved every second of it! This show marked designer Chris Habana’s NYFW runway debut, and he did not disappoint! The collection is an “autobiographical exploration of the space that exists between restraint and expansion” and exhibits elements of sci-fi futurism, punk, and BDSM.
The presentation started off with a short visual, which crescendoed with a bubble popping signifying the start of the show. CHRISHABANA SS2026 had a star-studded cast of models, including superstar JT, supermodel Jazelle aka Uglyworldwide, Vivian Jenna Wilson, Queenie, and many more. Some standout looks from the collection included the first look, which was a mint green two-piece set featuring a matching mini skirt and top, which perfectly embodied “POP.” This look was minimalist in styling, but the bubble/puffer-like texture of the outfit elevated the overall look and left the audience hungry for more. Another highlight from the collection was the blue and green BDSMesque look, which included a face covering and oversized puffer sleeves. The contrast between the simplicity of the thong and the maximalism of the top and outerwear gave life to this look and made it scandalous, sexy, and fun. Not only were the looks amazing, but the accessories alone were showstoppers! JT, who’s been an avid supporter of CHRISHABANA, slayed in her sultry gladiator-like look, but what caught our attention most were her hoops! I needed a pair of those yesterday!
