Mother’s Day is right around the corner. There are so many different gift options from flowers to blouses. But here are some fun ideas for moms that like to relax with a glass of wine or bubbly.

Top selections for Mother on her special day can be found all around town.

If she loves the bubbly try Chandon Limited Edition Rosé by Carol Lim. The limited edition bottle designed by renowned fashion designer Carol Lim of Opening Ceremony is simply divine. The selection features the essence of summery fruits in a lovely shade of pink offered in an aromatic, dry Rosé sparkling wine. Available at select retailers and at Chandon.com.

If you are looking for a beautiful, creamy selection try Newton Red Label Chardonnay, 2013. It’s a gorgeous vintage full of flavors of  ripe melon, tropical fruit, mango, and baked apples that produce a round, luscious texture. It will make mom feel as sweet and warm as she is to you.wine

And, for moms who like a bit more floral selection the Cloudy Bay Chardonnay, 2013 is perfect. The selection is a complex divinity of  flavors of cashew nut, preserved lemon, and nectarine. There is a crisp fruit flavor with subtle grapefruit and white floral notes that sits perfectly. She will be thrilled with this gift.

And, finally there is a nice Italian selection of Castello della Sala Bramito del Cervo Chardonnay, 2014.  This lovely bottle features tropical and citrus notes in addition to hazelnut butter and vanilla. Mom will hug and kiss you for this one.

And, for those mammas who love reds there are two gorgeous new bottles on the market by Jacob’s Creek. The Double Barrel Shiraz is phenomenal. The brand built on family legacy shines in these two selections.Jacob's creek

Mom loves her family and she will love these bottles just as much. The full and generous palate is a beautiful mix of sweet red fruits that are perfectly aged in oak wine barrels. The careful use of aged Scotch whisky barrels for finishing adds complex nuances softened by dense tannins to yield an incredible smoothness.

The Jacob’s Creek Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon is just as divine. There are lovely notes of leather, oak, and vanilla that produce a perfect combination. The complexity and smoothness will make any mother feel like this is a gift that was well thought out.

Whether you pick one bottle or go all out and get them all, your mom will be singing sweet praises for you.
