A triumphant win for the New York Knicks is always worth celebrating. The game over the Toronto Raptors wasn’t the only big news on Friday night. On April 10, The Garden welcomes Impossible Foods as the latest food partner. Additionally, the partnership with the famous arena extends to New York’s beloved Knicks and Rangers.
Concurrently, Impossible Foods launches its new concession stand on the sixth–floor concourse at MSG. Certainly the menu items are all uniquely delicious and of course, plant-based.
The Impossible® Grille features dishes like the Impossible® Double Stack Smashburger, the Impossible® Banh Mi Hot Dog, the Orange Impossible® Chicken Bowl, the Impossible® Steak Quesadilla, and the Loaded Impossible® Chopped Cheese Fries.

In light of this tasteful new partnership, Impossible foods ensures more plant-based options for fans and visitors. Items like the Impossible® Double Stack Smashburger are now available at other concessions throughout the arena. This way, Impossible food products are always made possible at The Garden!
“The chef team at Madison Square Garden had really strong ideas on what the fans would really love. We want to make classic and enjoyable food for a Knicks game, a Rangers game, or a concert. We want something memorable that people would come back for,” says Caitlyn Hatman, Senior director of Integrated Marketing at Impossible Foods.
