Inside NYFW: All Of The Excitement From Day One & Day Two of NYFW

The morning started with Tiffany Brown’s FW22 runway show at Slate NYC in Chelsea. The collection was a celebration of the beauty of melanin with chocolate brown hues. Tiffany Brown shared with us the inspiration behind the collection ” This is a collection that celebrates women. We are on the cusp of the first black woman being appointed on the Supreme Court and I wanted to celebrate that. We are finally being seen as we have always seen ourselves. I also wanted to play with textures like faux leather and faux fur to bring back some luxury in fashion following covid.” The collection had a range of stunning evening dresses, tailored power suits, and vegan leather pants. The menswear collection had an array of pea coats, a buttoned poncho, and attention to fine tailoring.

Next up on  Day 2, the NYFW itinerary was the Pat Bo FW22 runway show. The Pat Bo was one of the most highly anticipated shows of the season and drew in a full house of celebrities and fashion enthusiasts. After spending some time backstage with Pat BO and TRESemmé for a preview of the glam, we sat front row adjacent to Nicky Hilton-Rothschild and Olivia Palermo. Meanwhile, over at Spring Studios, this year NYFW sponsors did not disappoint in making Spring Studio’s lobby an exciting place to relax in between shows and even get some fun insta-worthy content. For NYFW FW22 alongside Afterpay, Lovesac, UPS, and Alo Yoga had tons of exciting things to offer NYFW attendees at Spring Studios.
