This week America got to kick out a great summer workout.
The karate-inspired workout created by Torres was an amazing and fun way to get your sweat on with a band and body weight.
Having just returned from Tokyo where karate debuted at the Olympics for the first time, Torres knows what it takes, physically and nutritionally, to train for the event. While attendees were not necessarily destined to win an Olympic medal, they did score big with an incredible and inspirational class.
Butler co-hosted the class. Before the session she highlighted the importance of nutrition and how milk helps to fuel athletic performance and recovery.
