On Monday June 13, Alienware and Co-Sponsor, ‘Intel’ kicked off E3 with a shindig showcasing the next gen in gaming for the PC platform. Industry enthusiasts, gamers, voice actors attended as well as content contributors.
The event was packed with 3D Virtual Reality, a full fledged taco and drink bar, allowing you to order up from an Android Tablet. Along with the great food and the ambiance, brands such as the Dell 3D Live Lunar Drive and Microsoft Hololens made quite the impression on guests.
Computer manufacturer Alienware displayed the latest in Virtual Reality immersion running on Intel’s processors for equipment on the floor. Attendees where able to suit up and strap into a virtual world where the depth perception was uncanny. Users were transported to other worlds completely thanks to Bioware’s Mass Effect New Earth. Guests were able to use their bodies as controllers as they battled foes in the virtual realm.
Some celebrity and guest attendees were Chloe Grace Moretz, Robbie Amell, Geoffrey Arend, Janina Gavankar, Jonathan Keltz, Quinton Aaron, Dexter Darden, Claire Grant, Echo Kellum and Courtenay Taylor
Modern Family wise guy, Nolan Gould was on site conducting interviews with guests cracking jokes and ensuring everybody was having a good time. Along with Hot 97’s Hip Hop Gamer was also in attendance along with a plethora of Twitch Streamers from around the world.
It isn’t hard to tell V.R. is very important to Alienware. Its applications possibilities are endless. Alienware and Intel are ensuring we are all able to enjoy these powerful technologies in our homes.
