“The focus is the family and tradition,” Patrick Cappellini, Manager – Americas at Cavit Wines, told The Knockturrnal about why a partnership with the grandmas was a perfect representation for the wine and the people who work hard to bring the bottle to your table. “I think that our wines are perfect because inside of our winery is exactly the same type of relation between the families and us. The mission of Cavit is actually the one to support these families that make the best wine as they can.”
