Well heeled women and fashionista men headed to a relatively unknown Manhattan street in Soho on Tuesday to celebrate the #GiltLife fall campaign and VIP launch of the #GiltLife pop up Townhouse.
The Knockturnal was on the scene as was super model Alessandra Ambrosio, who stunned in a mini gold beaded dress with a scoop back. Also at the event was actress Kate Bosworth and Red Rooster chef Marcus Samuelsson.
Guests were immersed in 4 floors of Gilt experiences. From a uniquely stocked kitchen on the ground floor where Chef Fisher and team were cooking up appetizers like potato pancakes with aioli and fried quail egg on cheesy crostini (yeah it was as good as it looks)…
to the Gilt styled master bedroom and walk in shoe closet worthy of leaving Carrie Bradshaw week in the knees…
to a GIF photo booth with perfect lighting and a classic Gilt background.
The top floor of the 4 Centre Market Place townhouse was turned into a Buldog London Dry Gin sponsored bar where special cocktails were served.
Eye catching art was strategically placed throughout the townhouse thanks to SCOPE Art Fair, whose tented beach art show rivals Art Basel, also in Miami.
Towards the end of the night, guests were treated to a special performance by Betty Who, whose cover of Donna Lewis’ “I Love You Always Forever” sent chills down our spines. The Australian born singer told the crowd she is currently working on her second album, right before encouraging the night’s invite only guests to come closer to the stage and dance with her.
We left the bash with a Gilt branded gift back that now has us owning gold rimmed wine glasses and a chrome finish wine opener. #Giltlife? We’ll toast to that.
