Super Bowl weekend rocked this weekend at the thrilling MAXIM annual Super Bowl bash. Karma International blew the party scene out of the water with their fantastic soiree presented by Thomas J. Henry.

Performances by DNCE, Travis Scott and DJ Khaled entertained hundreds of VIP guests, and a special silent auction featuring some incredible sports memorabilia benefited the Tree Media Foundation.

For the past decade, the MAXIM Party has been THE celebration during the Big Game Weekend and will continue to uphold its dominance in Houston this year as the number one and most-anticipated big game weekend event. Year after year, The MAXIM Party has proven to be one of the most premiere events for musicians, athletes, celebrities, influencers and entrepreneurs worldwide, and in 2017, the event will be taken to the next level. Sponsored by Bud Light and Monster Energy, the event had major sports shakers, stars at the party.

The incredible event was presented by Texas attorney and major philanthropist, Thomas J. Henry, founder of Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys, one of the nation’s top personal injury firm.

Thomas J. Henry’s daughter, sixteen-year-old actress, model, and activist Maya Henry, will spearhead fundraising efforts for Tree Media Foundation during the 2017 Maxim Party silent auction. The silent auction is an annual Maxim Party tradition which raises money for charitable organizations. This year, Maya Henry picked Tree Media Foundation as the silent auction beneficiary. Tree Media Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to educating the public on environmental issues.

Henry is also a well-known philanthropist. He has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to education initiatives, Armed Forces and Veterans causes, pet-related charities, child abuse prevention, poverty, and more. Maya has made the rounds on some of the biggest entertainment stages- from Inside Edition to the Steve Harvey Show. She has appeared in specials for Pro7 in Germany and Australia’s Sunrise Morning Show as well as an episode of the U.K.’s “Rich Kids of Instagram.” She has been photographed by high-fashion photographers Vincent Peters and Antione Verglass and has been featured in fashion spreads and covers for major publications such as Cosmopolitan Mexico, 25A and Social Life magazines.

The event had many great activations and interactive areas including the Monster Energy FMX Motorcycle Show and the Monster Energy Lounge with energy drinks that kept attendees hyped throughout the course of the entertaining affair. Inspired by the big game weekend, MAXIM featured the “2017 MAXIM Party ARt Exhibit” experience powered by Aireal, where the art exhibit displayed mixed-medium, 3D painted art where users were able to interact with the 2017 MAXIM Party ARt Exhibit mobile app through their mobile device. Additionally, America’s favorite beer, and the official beer of the NFL, Bud Light, offered refreshing beverages for all guests to enjoy. Specialty cocktails were also provided by Absolut Elyx and Tequila Avíon. Champagne was flowing throughout the night courtesy of GH Mumm and Perrier Jouet.

Zippo also had their “Zippo Car” on-site so partygoers could engage in fun and frisky photo opportunities. They created a custom one-of-a-kind MAXIM Party lighters that they gave away to select celebrities, influencers and VIPs. Further, The Jewel Nightclub from Aria Resort Las Vegas facilitated bringing Travis Scott to the MAXIM Party 2017 line-up to add to the over the top luxury nightlife style experience. Lastly, VIP’s came to and from the party in Cadillac’s finest vehicles while the silent auction added a charitable component to the event, where proceeds benefitted the Tree Media Foundation. In support of Tree Media Foundation, New Orleans visual artist Randy Leo Frenchette, better known as “Frenchy”, painted live on-site where his captivating artwork was auctioned off. Fashion vignettes were elegantly presented by Lyndon London & Danny Nguyen Couture – guests noshed on Max’s Wine Dive, while indulging in delightful deserts provided by Sprinkles Cupcakes, macarons by Patisse, and Frost 321 Spiked Ice Cream.
