In the Age of Burnout, Dina Rezvanipour’s 3d Wellness Retreat Offers a One Day Escape for Mind, Body, and Community

In a culture defined by constant connectivity and unrelenting schedules, the idea of stepping away, even briefly has taken on new meaning.

Wellness retreats, once synonymous with week-long tropical getaways and digital detoxes, are evolving. Increasingly, professionals and wellness seekers are turning to shorter, more intentional experiences that offer restoration without requiring a full escape from everyday life.

That shift was on full display at the 3d Wellness Retreat: One Day Escape, an exclusive gathering that invited attendees to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with themselves and each other.  Supported by a group of wellness focused partners including Ekouaer, Splendor Water, Suja Organic, Agent Nateur, Ubatuba Acai, and Light MVMNT Studio, the retreat was designed as a thoughtfully curated reset for the mind, body, and spirit. The one-day escape brought together wellness enthusiasts, experts, and creators for a full day of immersive experiences aimed at combating the burnout that has become a defining feature of modern life.

The day began with a grounding welcome meditation led by founder Dina Rezvanipour, who created the retreat as a space where people could step outside the pace of their routines and into a moment of intentional presence. The session set the tone for the day, encouraging attendees to slow down and reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and the energy of the room.

From there, the programming unfolded as a series of holistic sessions designed to address wellness from multiple angles. Fitness expert and life strategist Andrea Marcellus led a LifeLift Strategies session focused on sustainable approaches to physical and personal growth, however the retreat’s focus extended far beyond physical fitness. Conversations around mental and emotional well-being were central to the day’s programming. Therapist Ashley Turner, LMFT, delivered a candid and illuminating talk exploring the complexities of women’s mental health from menstruation through perimenopause and menopause. Her session offered both scientific insight and practical guidance, reframing hormonal changes not as obstacles but as signals that deserve deeper understanding. Emotional health also took center stage during an emotional release session led by relationship coach Rebecca Kordecki, where attendees were invited to explore the ways emotional patterns shape personal growth and relationships. The experience underscored a key theme running throughout the retreat, true wellness requires attention to the inner landscape as much as the physical body.

Nourishment was another pillar of the day. Dietitian and wellness CEO Sahar Berjis offered nutritional guidance rooted in balance and sustainability, highlighting how mindful eating can support long-term health rather than short-term trends. Moments of restoration were woven throughout the retreat as well, most notably during a mindful sound healing session with Master Garrett. The immersive experience invited participants to fully surrender to the calming resonance of sound therapy, offering a rare opportunity for stillness in an otherwise fast-paced world.

While each session provided its own form of insight or rejuvenation, one of the retreat’s most meaningful elements was the sense of community that developed among attendees. Unlike traditional retreats that emphasize solitude or individual reflection, the 3d Wellness Retreat fostered connection — creating space for conversations, shared experiences, and collective reflection.

That communal aspect reflects a broader shift happening within the wellness industry. Increasingly, wellness is no longer viewed solely as a personal pursuit but as something strengthened through shared spaces and supportive networks. By bringing together experts across fitness, nutrition, mental health, and personal development, the retreat created an environment where learning and connection happened side by side.

In the age of burnout, where many people struggle to carve out time for themselves, experiences like the 3d Wellness Retreat offer a compelling alternative to the traditional retreat model. They prove that meaningful restoration doesn’t always require an extended getaway; sometimes it simply requires a single day dedicated to slowing down, tuning in, and remembering that well-being is a practice best nurtured both individually and together.

For those looking to experience 3d Wellness firsthand, the organization has several upcoming gatherings designed to extend that sense of intentional connection and restoration.

On April 26 in West Hollywood, the 3d Wellness Retreat: One Day Spring Reset will offer a thoughtfully curated half-day experience aimed at helping participants realign, recharge, and step into the new season with renewed intention. Just two days later, on April 28 in Los Angeles, the 3d Dinner Series will take a more intimate approach. With only five seats available, the evening is designed to revive the art of meaningful conversation, creating space for genuine connection around the table. Looking further ahead, September 2026 in Temecula will mark the return of the 3d Wellness Retreat: Three-Day Luxury Experience — a deeper immersion designed for founders, creatives, executives, and purpose-driven leaders seeking a powerful reset. The retreat will feature elevated programming, one-on-one sessions, nature immersion, and chef-prepared meals, all within a highly curated environment centered on intentional growth and renewal.
