Heredad Segura Viudas, a picturesque boutique winery, rests amidst the sun-drenched vineyards of the historic Penedès wine region, just outside Barcelona, Spain. Its roots date back to the 11th century during the era of the Iberian Crusades and La Reconquista.

Discover the Brut Reserva Heredad with hints of honey, fruit and petals make this cava the most iconic wine of Segura Viudas. Enjoy its delicate flavour with pasta, white fish, meat, hams or cheeses.

Cava’s famous Brut fruitiness, freshness and complexity are the three principal defining characteristics of Segura Viudas Brut.

The Brut Rosé, is a perfect example of what a Cava Rosado should be like, with its intense fruitiness on both nose and palate, its lively color and its finesse.

The Segura Viudas Organic Brut is created in perfect harmony with our responsibility to sustainability and centennial agricultural tradition.

During the mid-20th century, cava emerged as a groundbreaking innovation in the realm of sparkling wine, establishing itself as a global benchmark known for its exceptional quality and variety.

In the 1950s, the Segura brothers acquired the Can Esbert de Raïm farmhouse and estate. They wasted no time in constructing state-of-the-art cellars and wineries, equipping them with the latest machinery. The brothers embarked on the journey of marketing their own cava, culminating in 1969 with the proud introduction of the renowned Segura Viudas Heredad premium cava.

Currently available in select restaurants around the city, they believe in respecting their roots and have been since the 12th century.
