Gaby Dalkin hosted a meet and greet and a book signing at Crate & Barrel for her newly released cookbook, What’s Gaby Cooking: Take It Easy.

The event took place at the Crate & Barrel in Soho as part of her book tour, with one of those stops being in NYC. She will travel to various cities over the next few weeks, such as Dallas, Washington D.C, Costa Mesa, Seatle, San Francisco, and more. Dalkin is a best-selling author, and in her new book, she shares 100 recipes that keep the joy in cooking. Her goal for this book is to create flavorful stress-free recipes that anyone can cook and that are great for any occasion. In each recipe created, she hopes to help make being in the kitchen less intimating and offers different recipes that can be used consistently.
The Knockturnal attended the event, along with fans who wrapped around the store to take photos and get their book copies signed by Dalkin. Many thanked her and shared with her their favorite recipes from past books Dalkin has released. Guests were also provided with light snacks and were able to indulge in cocktails taken from her book, such as the Thyme Apple Cider Spritz.
