Recently, The Knockturnal visited the hotel overnight for less than 24 hours, and we enjoyed our stay. The guest room was slightly larger than other Manhattan hotels, and it was extremely comfortable and functional. The room featured a plush king-sized bed, a floor-to-ceiling window that had views of the Tribeca neighborhood, a mini blue-colored fuzzy sofa, and generous closet space. The highlight was the well-lit bathroom and its amenities. Le Labo products, such as soap and shampoo, were available, and a rainfall shower created a dreamy, spa-like experience, which was truly divine.
The property offers 11,000 square ft. of outdoor space, contemporary dining outlets, a 24-hour fitness center, and an 18th-floor rooftop bar called Jimmy that has a modestly sized outdoor pool with amazing city views. There’s also Jumpin’ Jacks, a chic all-day eatery that transforms into an intimate lounge at night.
Overall, ModernHaus SoHo is a winner due to its immediate relaxing and comforting effect. The hotel understands that luxury is not a result of extravagance and size, but it’s more about thoughtful curation, exceptional amenities, and an inviting atmosphere to create a memorable and relaxing stay.
