Rumble Boxing and Umami Burger have combined forces to bring you a limited-edition “Knockout Burger” that includes a complimentary Rumble Boxing workout, and I couldn’t be more thrilled about it!

The Knockout WORKOUT
Co-Founded by Noah Neiman (pictured below) in 2017, Rumble Boxing is redefining the boxing workout. The experience is a 45-minute, 10-round group class that focuses on 6 specific punches, and involves both boxing and strength training. Guaranteed to keep your heart-rate (and your guard) up, Rumble has gathered a cult-like following of fitness enthusiasts, influencers, and celebrities. Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, and Jason Derulo are just some of the Rumblers that enjoy the fitness studio.

I recently got a chance to visit Rumble Boxing at the West Hollywood location and let me tell you, I will be back. The Breakdown: the fitness class is divided into two groups: one hits the “floor” for strength and core training, while the other side grabs gloves and focuses on boxing. Alternating between the two groups, Rumble’s passionate trainers lead the class through an effective, challenging, and fun workout that will leave you feeling super accomplished, and well, super hungry.
The Knockout BURGER
