The highly-anticipated new film by iconic director Martin Scorsese kicked off the New York Film Festival at the Lincoln Center on Friday, reuniting screen legends and introducing new stars alike. Actors including Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Joe Pesci, Harvey Keitel, and Bobby Cannavale walked the red carpet to celebrate the premiere.

Forest Whitaker plays Bumpy Johnson, whose sole mission is to take on an Italian mob and reclaim the city that’s his. In partnering with Malcolm X (Nigel Thatch), Bumpy is set in a political time zone that shakes the 1960s.

The biggest night in television was this weekended and with any major award show comes great reason for celebration. Kicking off Emmy’s weekend was Entertainment Weekly who hosted a fabulous pre-Emmy’s bash Friday night at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.
The LA premiere took place on Thursday, the 19th, and was held within an intimate setting at The London in West Hollywood. (If you aren’t familiar with The London, it’s swanky enough for most A-listers to frequent their stay. Boyfriend of billionaire, Kylie Jenner and rapper, Travis Scott, even dedicated an entire song to it, saying to ‘meet me at The London.’)
“Hustlers” follows a crew of savvy former strip club employees who band together to turn the tables on their Wall Street clients.
