On June 18th, TRILLFIT, a black women owned fitness brand held their grand opening celebration for their new flagship studio in Brooklyn, New York.
In collaboration with Belvedere Vodka, founders Heather C. White (CEO, Founder) and Melisa Valdez (Co-Founder, Director of Talent) introduced attendees to the new studio! During their welcoming regards, they expressed their passion for providing access to all people to engage in health & wellness practices.
On the eve of Juneteenth and in the spirit of Pride Month, TRILLFIT cultivated a purposeful space for inclusivity through Trap Karaoke, performances from a professional pole dancer throughout the night, and a guest performance from Houston based female rapper, Monaleo. Their open bar offered an array of summer cocktails and an opportunity to purchase TRILLFIT merchandise. The evening was filled with music provided by a live DJ, dancing and great company.
With this new space TRILLFIT will offer new and refreshing ways to approach fitness by providing cardio dance classes that incorporate the choreography from popular music videos as well as an opportunity to register for private sessions! They plan to continue to honor their pledge: “to promote health outcomes in communities of color by providing increased access to our programming, supporting the initiatives of local organizations that focus on achieving health equity, and fostering collaboration with public and private sectors to redefine what wellness experiences look like and feel like.”
