PACIFIC PALISADES, CA – It was tee time for a cause at yesterday’s 25th Annual Emmys Golf Classic, held at the iconic Riviera Country Club.

Marking its silver anniversary, the event brought together television stars, sports legends, entertainment executives, influencers, Television Academy leadership, and corporate partners for a day of friendly competition and philanthropy.

A signature event of the Television Academy Foundation, the Emmys Golf Classic unites the television community for a day of sport, networking, and philanthropy.

The proceeds benefit the nonprofit’s education programs, including the esteemed Internship program and College Television Awards, that provide industry access and career-development opportunities for college students and emerging talent nationwide.

Many stars have lent their support to the event over the years, including Black-ish and G20 star Anthony Anderson, who shared his enthusiasm by saying, “We’re ensuring a bright future for us.”

Speaking with his trademark humor, Anderson added, “It’s golf. I’m always ready. Now I don’t know if my game is ready. Sometimes it shows up, sometimes it’s non-existent. But you know, we’re going to have a great time today. It’s for a great cause, and I’m excited to be here today.”

Other celeb supporters on the course included Jonathan Banks (Constellation), Frank Buckley (KTLA anchor), Michael Chiklis (Hotel Cocaine), James Denton (Desperate Housewives, Happy Holidays from Cherry Lane), Johnny Gill (singer, New Edition), Richard Karn (Home Improvement, PEN15), Sugar Ray Leonard (champion boxer), Rhett McLaughlin (Good Mythical Morning with Rhett & Link), Norm Nixon (NBA), Lu Parker (KTLA reporter), Emilio Rivera (The Family Business), Luc Robitaille (president, Los Angeles Kings), Aida Rodriguez (Aida Rodriguez: Fighting Words), Dondré Whitfield (Queen Sugar) and Andia Winslow (Nature).

“We are so grateful to the celebrities, media executives, and industry leaders who brought their star power and generosity to the course for this milestone 25th Emmys Golf Classic,” said Tina Perry, chair of the Television Academy Foundation.

“This incredible day raised essential funds to fuel the Foundation’s education programs and showcased the best of Hollywood’s heart. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing sponsors, whose steadfast support turns this annual tradition into a spectacular celebration of giving.”

The day began with red carpet arrivals, followed by a full round of golf across the legendary course. This year’s winning teams were:

1st Place: Rhett McLaughlin, Ben Silverman, Meyer Silverman, Miles McConnell, and Rob Leff
2nd Place: Norm Nixon, Donny Mowlds, Jeff Farley, Tony Behrstock, and Ryan Wilson
3rd Place: Andia Winslow, Luc Robitaille, Darren Abbott, and Tyler Wright

Sponsors for the event included A&E Network, Academy Benefits, AEG, Allen & Anita Kohl Charitable Foundation, Apple TV+, Coca-Cola, Duckhorn Vineyards, Ernst & Young, Farmers & Merchants Bank, FIJI Water, FX, Johnny Carson Foundation, Lionsgate, Murray/Reese Foundation, NBCUniversal, OneCruit, Paul McKenna, PEOPLE, Print NW, Santa Clarita Studios, United Airlines and Venable.
