The Perky One – Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Belvedere Vodka
- .75 oz Coffee Liqueur
- ⅙ oz Sugar Syrup
Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake over cubed ice. Fine strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
The Zesty One – Daqui-Rye
Ingredients:
- 50 ml / 1.5oz Belvedere Vodka
- 20 ml / ⅔ oz Lime Juice
- 10 ml / ⅓ oz Sugar Syrup
Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake over cubed ice. Fine strain into chilled coupette. Garnish with a lime zest.
Gin
Smoked Chai
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Coppercraft Gin
- .5 oz agave syrup
- 8 oz water
- 4 oz whole milk
- 2 oz black tea
- 4-5 cardamom pods, smashed
- 2 cloves
- Cinnamon stick
- ¼ of ginger
- 8 fennel seeds
- Star anise, garnish
Directions: Bring water and milk to a simmer with spices in a saucepan. Reduce heat to low and add black tea. Steep for 3 minutes while stirring occasionally. Strain into a mug. Add Coppercraft Gin and agave syrup. Stir well. Garnish with star anise.
Superbloom Punch
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 parts Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice
- 1/2 part Hibiscus Tea
- 3/4 part Lemon Juice
- 3/4 part Lillet Rose (or Cocchi Rosato)
- 1/4 part Simple Syrup
- 1/4 part Crème de Cassis
- Splash of Sparkling Water
- Fresh Berries & Edible Flowers to garnish
Method: Combine ingredients in punch bowl over large block of ice and stir. Garnish with a combination of a cucumber slice, fresh berries & edible flowers.
Pocket Full of Posies
Ingredients:
- 1 parts Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice
- 5 parts Red Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Grapefruit slice
Method: Salt the rim (optional) of a highball glass. Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir and serve. Garnish with a thin wedge of pink grapefruit and cucumber slice.
Tequila/Mezcal
Altos Tequila Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila (or Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila)
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (strong and freshly made is best)
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
- ½ oz simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Coffee beans for garnish (optional)
Method: Add the Olmeca Altos tequila, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. This will help create a creamy foam on top of the drink. Strain the mixture into a chilled martin glass and garnish with three coffee beans for a classic touch.
Mistletoe Mezcal Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Fósforo Ensamble Mezcal
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Method: Dry shake the egg white in a cocktail shaker for several seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake again and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Fireside Cranberry Negroni
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Fósforo Ensamble Mezcal
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with several fresh cranberries.
Spiced Cranberry Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Fósforo Ensamble Mezcal
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 3 oz Ginger Beer
- Garnish: Lime wheel
Method: Fill a copper mug with cracked ice. Add mezcal, lime juice, and cranberry juice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger.
Merry Rosemary Bliss
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Casa Noble Blanco
- 3/4oz Lime Juice
- 1/2oz pomegranate juice
- 1/2oz simple syrup
- 1 dash cardamom bitters (optional)
- Garnish: rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds
Method: In a shaker, combine Casa Noble Blanco Tequila, lime juice, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and cardamom bitters (if using). Add ice and shake well until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for a festive touch.
Spiced Winter Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 1/4 ounce agave nectar
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- 3 ounces Casa Noble Añejo
- Garnish: brandied cherry
Method: In a mixing glass, add the agave nectar and Angostura bitters. Add the orange peel and gently muddle to release the oils. Pour in the Casa Noble Añejo and fill the mixing glass with ice. Stir well until the drink is thoroughly chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a brandied cherry for a touch of sweetness.
Mi Campo Toddy
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz Mi Campo Reposado
- ¾ oz Local Honey
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 4 oz Hot Water
Method: Measure and pour Mi Campo Reposado, lemon and bitters into mug. Add hot water and honey, then stir with cinnamon stick. Garnish with lemon wedge and cinnamon stick.
Don Coco
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz Mi Campo Reposado
- 1 oz Cocoa Liqueur
- 1 oz Coconut Liqueur
Method: Measure and pour ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir gently. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a speared piece of amaranth.
‘Tis The Spritzer
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
- .5 oz Aperol
- .5 oz Cranberry Juice
- Champagne
- Cranberries (Garnish)
Method: Add ingredients into a shaking tin and fill with a handful of ice. Shake for 5 seconds, then strain into a Collins glass. Top with Champagne and a few cranberries as garnish.
Cowboy Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. – Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila
- .5 oz. – Tres Agaves Cocktail-Ready Organic Agave Nectar
- 1 oz. – Coffee Liqueur
- .5 oz. – Bourbon
- .5 oz. – Apricot Liqueur Coffee Beans (Garnish)
- Sugar (Garnish)
Method: Rim a chilled cocktail glass with a Coffee-Sugar* mixture. Coffee-Sugar mixture: Crush 5-6 coffee beans with a muddler. Add sugar and stir. Combine liquid ingredients in a mixing glass, then add ice and stir. Strain the cocktail into your glass and enjoy!
Cranberry Paloma
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Parts Milagro Silver
- 3/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 Part Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 Part Thyme Simple Syrup
- 2 Parts Pink Grapefruit Soda
- Fresh Cranberries for Garnish
Method:
- Pour all ingredients, except pink grapefruit soda, into a Boston shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Top with pink grapefruit soda and garnish with skewered cranberries.
Espressoless Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 Parts Milagro Cristalino Añejo
- 3/4 Part Premium Triple Sec
- 3/4 Part Vanilla-Coffee Bean Syrup*
- Add simple syrup, one vanilla bean and a handful of coffee beans to a pan on low heat, gently simmer,
- Stir occasionally and remove from heat source.
- Cool in refrigerator for 30 mins to an hour, before filtering beans from liquid.
- Syrup will last up to 30 days if refrigerated.
- Coffee beans to garnish
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans.
The Decadence
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Gran Coramino Reposado
- 0.75oz crème de cacao
- 1oz irish cream liquor
Method: Add rème de cacao, irish cream liquor, and Gran Coramino Reposado to a cocktail tin. Add ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with grated cinnamon, a cinnamon stick and grated chocolate curl.
Cazcanes Dirty Paloma
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ oz Cazcanes No.10
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- ¼ oz Campari
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup (or agave syrup)
- ½ oz olive brine
- Top with tonic water (approximately 1 ½ oz)
Garnish: Grapefruit slice and olive skewer
Glass: Coupe glass
Cazcanes Pekin Red Dragon
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Cazcanes No.7 Reposado
- 3 oz beetroot & ginger water (see instructions below)
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz ginger syrup
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz olive brine
Garnish: Olive skewer and mint
Glass: Hurricane glass
Whiskey/Bourbon
Bushmills Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
- 50ml Bushmills Black Bush
- 1 tsp demerara sugar
- 150ml black coffee
- Lightly whipped fresh cream
- Coffee beans to garnish
Method: Add all of the ingredients to an Irish coffee glass and stir, leaving space at the top for the fresh cream. Slowly pour the cream on top and garnish with coffee beans. Top tip – to get the cream just right, turn a spoon upside down and place the tip of the spoon inside the coffee glass. Pour the cream over the spoon.
Basil Hayden 75
Ingredients:
- 1.5 parts Basil Hayden
- 3/4 parts fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 parts simple syrup
- Prosecco
Method: Shake all ingredients and strain over a large cube, top with prosecco or sparkling wine

Winter Rose Sangria
Ingredients:
- 1 Bottle (750mL) Hampton Water Rosé
- 6 oz Orange Liqueuer
- 16 oz White Cranberry Juice
- 2 Apples, Chopped,
- 2 Pears, Chopped
- ½ Cup Fresh Cranberries
Method: In a pitcher, combine the Hampton Water Rose Wine, Orange Liqueur, and White Cranberry Juice. Add the chopped apples, and pears to the pitcher. Toss in the fresh cranberries for added color and flavor. Stir gently to mix the ingredients together.
Allow the sangria to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours, or ideally, overnight, to let the flavors meld. Before serving, add some ice to the pitcher to chill the sangria further. Pour the Sangria into individual glasses, making sure to include some fruit in each serving. Optionally, you can garnish each glass with a slice of orange or a few cranberries.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz Hampton Water Rosé
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 2 oz Port Tawny
- 1 oz Honey
- ½ Orange, Sliced
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks

Method: Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to medium heat, do not boil. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Strain into a mug and garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.
