Bottoms Up

June is pretty much everyone’s busiest month.  And a year after lockdown, everyone has been itching to get out and have some fun to make up for the past year.  And with everyone having the party fever, there is no better time to freshen up your bartending skills with some of the latest and greatest cocktail recipes provided by some of the best liquor brands out there.

First on our list is a special launch by the infamous Vera Wang.  Vera Wang has recently announced the launch of a new premium Italian prosecco made for celebrating life’s moments, big and small.  The new prosecco is called PARTY and retails at $25 a bottle.  Crafted from 100% Glera grapes and having notes of apple, stone fruit, citrus, and more, this newest prosecco will be sure to liven everyone’s mood and really get the PARTY started. Next up is an exciting contest by Elysian Brewing, most known for their two IPAs, Space Dust IPA and Contact Haze IPA.  With the long-awaited return of live music and other venues opening up, Elysian Brewing has announced their “Cheers to Live Music” campaign which says that if you buy a ticket to a live show, Elysian will provide you some free beers.

Sugar Daddy

2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 60ml Crystal Head Vodka

4 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice | 120ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice

½ oz. Simple Syrup | 15ml Simple Syrup

Muddled Raspberries

½ oz. Cointreau | 15ml Cointreau

½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Method: 

Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice, shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass with pink sugar rim.

Red On The Runway

1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka

¼ oz. Campari | 10ml Campari

¼ oz. St. Germain | 10ml St. Germain

½ oz. Tart Cranberry Juice | 15ml Tart Cranberry Juice

½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz. Simple Syrup | 15ml Simple Syrup

Top with Soda

Method: 

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball with ice. Top with soda.

Tropic Like It’s Hot

1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka

½ oz. Campari | 15ml Campari

½ oz. Apricot Liqueur | 15ml Apricot Liqueur

½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

1 ½ oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice | 45ml Fresh Pineapple Juice

Pinch of Salt

½ oz. Simple Syrup | 15ml Simple Syrup

Morello Cherry

Method: 

Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into glass with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple leaf, cherry, and pineapple slice. 

Pineapple In Your Pocket

2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 60ml Crystal Head Vodka

2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice | 60ml Fresh Pineapple Juice

½ oz. Falernum Syrup | 15ml Falernum Syrup

¼ oz. Lime Juice | 10ml Fresh Lime Juice

5-6 Mint Leaves, muddled

Method: 

Add ingredients to the cocktail shaker, muddle, and shake on ice. Double strain into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with mint crown and dehydrated pineapple ring. Add a colorful yellow straw.

Green Drama Queen

1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka

4 oz. Thai Basil Lemonade | 120ml Thai Basil Lemonade

Method: 

Using a blender, add lemonade and basil and blend 1-2 minutes until liquid. Strain basil from the lemonade and discard. Fill a highball glass with ice and add Crystal Head Vodka and Thai basil lemonade. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.

Blued Up

1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka

¾ oz. St. Germain | 20ml St. Germain

¾ oz. Blue Curacao | 15ml Blue Curacao

½ oz. Lemon Juice | 10ml Lemon Juice

½ oz. Pineapple Juice | 10ml Pineapple Juice

Method: 

Hard shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.

Lady Lavender

1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka

1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice | 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz. Lavender Syrup | 20ml Lavender Syrup

Muddled Blueberries

Top with Sparkling Wine

Method: 

Muddle ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake on ice. Double strain into a wine glass with regular ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with blueberry skewer.

What’s The T?

1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka

½ oz. Honey Simple Syrup | 15ml Honey Simple Syrup

¼ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice | 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice

¼ oz. Cointreau |10ml Cointreau

Top with Black Tea

Method: 

Build ingredients in a Collins glass and stir. Garnish with lemon.

Black Magic

2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 60ml Crystal Head Vodka

¾ oz. Blue Curacao | 20ml Blue Curacao

½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice| 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz. Crème de Briottet | 20ml Crème de Briottet

Method: 

Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with dehydrated lemon or lime.
