Josh Cellars Wines’

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with flair by indulging in Josh Cellars Wines’ vibrant pink cocktails, tailor-made for a cozy date night at home. Elevate your evening with their specially crafted recipes like the Berry Romantic Spritz and Mi Amor 24, adding a touch of romance and simplicity to your festivities. Cheers to love and unforgettable moments shared over these delightful libations!

Berry Romantic Spritz

Ingredients:

  • Josh Cellars Pinot Grigio – 1 part 
  • Lemon Juice – .5 part 
  • Cranberry Spiced Simple Syrup – .75 part (Make by combining simple syrup with cranberries and cinnamon) 
  • Top with Ginger Beer 
  • Sugar Covered Cranberries – For garnish 
  • Ice 

Directions:       

Combine all ingredients, except the ginger beer in a shaker. Shake and strain into a rocks glass or tall glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with the sugar-covered cranberries.

Mi Amor 24

Ingredients: 

  • Tequila – 1 oz. 
  • Pomegranate Juice – ¾  
  • Grapefruit Soda – 2 oz. 
  • Josh Cellars Rose Prosecco – To top  

Directions: 

Combine tequila, pomegranate juice, and grapefruit soda in a glass. Top off with Josh Cellars Rose Prosecco.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Fior Scotch

The Dead Rabbit x Lost Irish Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:  

  • 1 oz Lost Irish 
  • .625 oz (2:1) Rich Demerara Sugar Syrup 
  • 3 ½ oz Dark Roast Coffee 
  • Thumb of Prepared Heavy Cream 

Method: 

  1. Pre-heat a 6-ounce Georgian-style coffee glass by filling with hot water. Once warm, empty the glass. 
  2. Add whiskey, sugar syrup and coffee to glass, and stir to combine the ingredients. 
  3. Float a thumb layer of freshly whipped cream over the top. 
  4. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg (optional)

LALO Tequila

Get ready to celebrate National Margarita Day on February 22nd with LALO Tequila’s Spicy Cucumber Margarita! Crafted with only three ingredients – water, yeast, and agave – LALO offers a smooth and sophisticated tequila perfect for upgrading any cocktail. Spicy Cucumber Margarita

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz LALO Tequila

  • 2-4 Slices of Jalapeño
  • 1-2 TBSPS of Agave Syrup

Directions:

Rim edge of glass with lime wedge and dip in Tajín or salt. Add ingredients to blender and strain when smooth. In a cocktail shaker, muddle slices of jalapeño, ice, cocktail mix, and shake until chilled. Strain into glass. Serve with extra lime wedges and garnish with jalapeño slices.

New Year, New Yuzu Margarita

Embark on your New Year’s resolution to try new things a little early with the refreshing New Yuzu Margarita. Tequila Avión’s Cristalino (SRP: $142.99), double-charcoal filtered for unparalleled smoothness, forms the perfect partnership with Yuzu—a unique blend of tangy lemon, bitter grapefruit, and sweet orange. Blood Orange Paloma  

Ingredients 

  1.       1 part Avión Silver 
  2.       ½ part Fresh Blood Orange Juice 
  3.       ¼ parts Lime Juice  
  4.       1 part Grapefruit Juice 
  5.       Blood orange slices and sea salt for garnish 
  6.       Citrus wheel for garnish 
  7.       Sea salt for garnish  

Preparation 

Fill your glass with ice and add Avión Silver tequila. Add fresh lime juice along with fresh blood orange juice and grapefruit juice. Stir everything together and then garnish, as desired. If you like it sweet, feel free to add agave nectar or simple syrup! 

Classic Bloody Mary Board: Elevate Tradition

While the Classic Bloody Mary is a timeless favorite, why not infuse some excitement into this traditional drink? Enter the Bloody Mary Board—a creative upgrade that invites your guests to personalize their libations. Tequila Avión’s rich and robust flavors complement the classic Bloody Mary mix, and a garnish board adds a touch of flair. Bloody Mary Board

Ingredients 

  1.       2 oz. Avión Silver Tequila
  2.       4 oz. Tomato juice
  3.       ½ oz.  Fresh lemon juice
  4.       Dash each of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
  5.       1 tsp Horseradish (optional)
  6.       Lemon edge
  7.       Celery stalk for garnish
  8.       Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation 

Rim your glass with salt or chili powder for added flavor. Add ice cubes to the glass as per preference. In a shaker, mix 2 oz. of silver tequila, 4 oz of tomato juice, ½ oz. of lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce each. Add some hot sauce (Tabasco or Sriracha) according to taste. Shake well until everything is mixed properly and strain into your prepared glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a celery stick or lime wedge as per choice and enjoy!
