ADCOLOR
The 13th annual ADCOLOR Awards took place Sunday night and many gathered at the JW Marriott in Downtown LA to celebrate and recognize individuals making a difference in the creative industries. Hosted by author Luvvie Ajayi, the ADCOLOR Awards don’t just promote any individual, but specifically professionals of color and multicultural backgrounds. Partnering with Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Omnicom Group, and several others, the organization highlighted and honored the achievements of many members belonging to African American, American Indian/Native American, Asian Pacific-American, Hispanic/Latino and LGBTQ communities.
Taking a stand means more than “liking” and sharing or wearing a t-shirt, it means risk and sacrifice which is why the ADCOLOR 2019 conference was all about putting our words into action!
ADCOLOR is an organization promoting diversity and inclusion across creative industries. “Rise Up and Reach Back”, is the motto and overall mission of ADCOLOR.
ADCOLOR put on their awards ceremony to celebrate the best in advertising, marketing, PR, media and entertainment industries on Sept. 19
