Things heated up very quickly in Chicago this past Wednesday, August 28, when Stella Artois teamed up with First We Feast’s Hot Ones to bring the largest Hot Ones live challenge in history to the Windy City.
In attendance were about 300+ excited fans who were able to participate in attempting to conquer the “Wings of Death.” The Knockturnal was on hand to experience the hotness while also cooling down with a nice Stella Artois.

To add to the excitement, Hot Ones host Sean Evans was on hand giving fans encouragement and warnings about the wings. While trying a range of wings with different sauces, 10 in total, we received a first-hand sneak peek at David Beckham’s new Hot Ones episode.
At the end of the episode, attendees were ecstatic when Evans returned to the stage and announced a special surprise guest would be joining him onstage. Stella Artois ambassador David Beckham made a special appearance and received a standing ovation from the crowd. At this point, we truly thought the night could not get any better but after Evans interviewed Beckham another surprise was announced…an exclusive surprise concert from Ludacris.
The wings were hot but the entertainment and fun Stella Artois and Hot Ones served up at this event was even hotter. Thankfully, this event is part of a broader partnership that Stella Artois and Hot Ones have this summer as the official beer of Hot Ones, including in-episode integrations, custom content, and first-of-its-kind experiences at bars across the country, with an emphasis on wings and beer.
