Jalapeño Pete’s in Studio City is the go-to place for amazing Mexican food and drinks!
Jalapeño Pete’s is one of the best places for a night out with friends. It’s a fun ambiance accompanied by delicious items on the menu (especially their tacos) and a bar with a wide variety of drinks and signature cocktails. Not only can it serve for a spontaneous night out but it can officially be your home to watch any and all playoff games. You can even make your way this weekend for Super Bowl Sunday since it’s right around the corner.
You can definitely take our word for how delicious it is, as Jalapeño Pete’s Mexican Restaurant treated us to an amazing and tasteful night. The Knockturnal is here to tell you all about the taste bud extravaganza.
To start, Jalapeño Pete’s has the perfect combination of chips and guacamole to start off your time there. Their Mexican Munchies also range from Asada Fries, Sweet Corn, and Nachos del Rey. Once there, you know you’re at the right place for some savory tacos as they have a large menu to choose from. We couldn’t stop raving about their tacos since we had Asada, Fried Avocado, Short Rib, Pastor, and Shrimp tacos. Our favorites of the night were the Short Rib and Shrimp tacos.

Our food endeavors didn’t end there, we also had Jalapeño Pete’s Chicken Flautas which were absolutely incredible and more than enough for the two of us that got to enjoy such a meal. Paired with this we had their Fresa Dulce, which is Jalapeño Pete’s vodka, strawberry, and champagne cocktail along with a Watermelon Basil Margarita.
To end the night we were in absolute dessert heaven with their Churro Waffle Ice Cream Sandwich, paired with a warm banana syrup topping that gave the most delightful taste to finish a delicious meal.
The venue itself is also a treat as it is surrounded by TVs allowing you to never miss any sports action, every night of the week. Right next to the bar is also a pool table for you to match up a game with any of your guests. Jalapeño Pete’s also hosts their amazing Taco Tuesdays for all your taco needs for only $2 each!
